Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times & Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the European Union.
Estimated delivery time: 5–20 business days, depending on the destination country and product availability.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, logistics issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. At this time, we do not ship outside the EU.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to a few days for the tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays or costs incurred by customs authorities.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at shop@wenergo-systems.hr so we can investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
